Rock Band 2 - instruments revealed + confirmed tracks

The latest issue of GameInformer has revealed quite a bit of information about the upcoming Rock Band 2. The article features not only the specs and information about the new instruments coming bundled with the game, but also quite a few of the tracks that will come on the disc.

The guitar, which still has the same Stratocaster style, now comes with a sunburst finish on the body and a faux-maple wood neck. The strummer has been altered to feel less "squishy" and the fret buttons now make less noise. As for the new drums, the pads are now softer which will cut down the noise and the kick pedal is now metal-reinforced to withstand "over-enthusiastic stomping". It will also feature expansion slots for future cymbal add-ons.
