Overview:
This science fiction shooter is anticipated to be largely a remake of The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay.

Dark Athena is expected to have improved graphics and AI from Escape from Butcher Bay along with the addition of a multiplayer mode. The single player mode will also be expanded to include Riddick escaping onto a mercenary ship called Dark Athena.

Vin Diesel, the voice and likeness of the title character, will be involved in the production of Assault on Dark Athena.
